  • Kubota Representative Speaks to Students

Recently at EmpowerC3, our students had the opportunity to hear from Kubota recruiting and training manager Chad Ledford. Mr. Ledford spoke about Kubota's employment options and the abilities that they look for in new workers. Students learned about Kubota's history, which began with the founding of the company by a 19-year-old with metal-casting talents. Students were encouraged to follow their passions and put their newfound abilities to good use in order to improve their quality of life.
