This page is for students who will be entering the sixth grade
Students entering middle school (sixth grade) will have their schedules auto-selected by the middle school. The schedules are reviewed by middle school administrators and staff of the student's current elementary school.
Sixth grade students will only be able to select the following connection courses: Band or Chorus.
All other connections are auto-selected to give students a sampling of different academic avenues available to them throughout the remainder of their JCSS academic career.
Time Frame
The course requests will be reviewed by elementary school staff during that time, and families will be notified of their upcoming middle school course recommendations in Spring.
