The Jackson County School System works to provide a remarkable experience for students from the time they enter our schools through their graduation. Clubs, athletics, and extracurricular activities are part of that.

In addition to the positive experience these activities bring our students, they also bring positive recognition to our schools and our school system by forming and strengthening partnerships between students, faculty, alumni, and the community.

Our coaches and advisors are charged with providing and supervising outstanding programs that empower our students to succeed and develop self-discipline and leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Contact your child’s school or visit the school website for more information on what is offered at each campus.

Student K-12 Voluntary Insurance

In accordance with state law, the Jackson County School System cannot cover any medical costs incurred for students due to accidents/incidents that occur on school property.

We strongly encourage parents to consider the student insurance option.
