Parents and community stakeholders are invited to participate in the event, which will begin at 6 p.m. in the school auditorium.
A second session is set for 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, in the Jackson County Comprehensive High School auditorium.
Both sessions will begin with a brief presentation before participants break up into smaller groups where they will be asked for their suggestions, opinions, and feedback on the ways JCSS measures and reports student achievement and success.
A very short, community-based accountability survey is being conducted online in connection with the events. Visit bit.ly/JCSS_18Survey to participate.
