EJCHS, JCHS Ranked Among America’s Best High Schools
JEFFERSON — East Jackson Comprehensive High School and Jackson County High School were ranked among the U.S. News' Best High Schools rankings. The top 7,072 high schools in the nation were recognized in the rankings. East Jackson and Jackson County both ranked inside the top-quartile of high schools across the nation.
Schools are ranked based on a multitude of factors, including college readiness, state assessment proficiency, state assessment performance, underserved student performance, college curriculum breadth, and graduation rate.
