JCSS Awarded $10,000 Computer Science Grant
The Jackson County School System has been awarded the 2024 Computer Science Teacher Equipment and Community Grant by the Georgia Department of Education. The grant is for $10,000 and is to be utilized for funding up to five teachers to join a professional organization for computer science teachers. It also is to be used to fund a purchase a class set of computing devices and necessary training for implementation.
