MES, NJES Earn Title I Reward School Status
Maysville Elementary School and North Jackson Elementary School were named Title 1 Rewards Schools by the Georgia Department of Education.
A school earns the distinction of a Title 1 Reward School by being among the top five percent of Title 1 schools in the state that is making the most progress in improving the performance of the all-students group over the most recent two years on statewide assessments.
Maysville Elementary was named a Literacy Leader in 2023 by the Georgia Department of Education, ranking as the most improved school in third grade literacy during that testing period.
