June 12, 2019 — The Board of Education of the Jackson County School System (Owner) is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to provide a combination of professional services, including preconstruction services and full construction services, for a new High School for the West Side Community. The services required will commence in the summer of 2019. The construction delivery method is Construction Manager at Risk.
Interested firms must submit proposals to the Owner, Jackson County School District, Attn: Ted Gilbert, Assistant Superintendent for Operations, 1660 Winder Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549, no later than 10:00 AM legally prevailing time on July 10, 2019. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the Jackson County Board of Education central offices (1660 Winder Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549; phone 706-367-5151) on June 27, 2019, at 2:00 PM.
