School Nutrition Payment Systems Changing May 1

The Jackson County School System will be switching vendors for school meal payments. The change will occur district-wide on Monday, May 1.

JCSS will be switching to Titan School Solutions, which will allow for our organization to become more efficient in regards to our school nutrition department. 

Things to know:

  • Student balances on current accounts will automatically transfer to the Titan account for each student. 

  • Student debt balances will also transfer to the new program.

  • We will continue to use School Pay for payments until 2 p.m. on Friday, April 28. Beginning on May 1, we will transition payment to the Titan program. 

In the event your student currently holds a negative balance, please log in to their account and pay the balance as soon as possible.  

Creating a Titan School Solutions Login

To create a Titan login, parents/guardians need to visit family.TitanK12.com

  • Click the “Create Account” button.

  • Enter the information needed to complete the registration.

  • Confirm your email address.

  • After gaining access, enter our school system name.

  • Add your student(s) to your username by entering the lunch account number for each student. 

  • Parents/Guardians will be able to monitor the accounts of each student added from one log in. 

  • Breakfast and lunch daily menus will be available through the username created.
