Immunization Information for 7th Grade Students

ALL RISING 7TH GRADERS should have their required 7th-grade vaccinations before the beginning of their 7th-grade year.

They will not be allowed to stay in school if they do not receive the vaccines. You can email the form to pwatson@jcss.us.
