JCSS Scores Above State, National Level on SAT Exams
Students within the Jackson County School System have once again achieved average scores higher than the state and national level on the SAT exam. JCSS had 258 students take the exam during the 2024-25 school year, recording an average score of 1,069. The state average was 1,029, while the national average was 996.
JCSS Students also scored above the mean averages on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, and the mean score on the math portion.
