  • Meal prices for the 2026-27 school year are as follows:

    • Elementary Breakfast: $1.75
    • Middle/High Breakfast: $2.00
    • Elementary Lunch: $2.50
    • Middle/High Lunch: $3.00
    • Adult Breakfast: $3.25
    • Adult Lunch: $5.25

  • APPLY FOR FREE & REDUCED MEALS

    During the 2026-27 school year, households which have qualified for Free or Reduced Meals will not be required to pay the reduced price of $0.30 for breakfast, nor the $0.40 for lunch, due to the Georgia Department of Education funding being utilized to cover these costs.

  • Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, the Jackson County School System will begin utilizing Where’s The Bus, which provides families and students with precise information on when your bus will arrive at your stop, providing up-to-the-minute arrival time and bus location.

  • To keep children in schools healthy, Georgia requires children to get vaccines against certain diseases. Below is a list of vaccines required for certain age and grade levels. Please contact your child's primary care doctor to schedule the correct vaccines, or contact the local health department. Once the vaccines have been administered, your doctor should provide an updated Immunization Form 3231. A copy of this form needs to be given to your child's school.
